We bake our pizzas at high temperatures in a wood-fired oven, which comes directly from Naples, Italy – where the pizza comes from. We use the best flour, tomatoes and mozzarella to make pizza. We make our own pizza dough according to an Italian recipe. We have about 300 degrees in the pizza oven, in which we bake pizzas for only 60-90 seconds. This is a spectacle itself, you can watch it ripening for yourself 😉
